I know it's been a long time since I regularly posted. Here's the thing, my diet has taken several large turnarounds since we last talked. Or I talked at you. Trivial details. (I can hear your voice inside my head... O_O)
All joking aside, I'm coming back in a big way. Big (fat) way. I've since gone on a ketogenic diet (although technically the modified Atkins diet in ratios), which for those uninformed, is a very low carbohydrate, moderate protein, and high fat diet. It's been the most effective treatment for my migraines, and this blog will inevitably follow my path.
